Approach

Align teams around executable product systems.

Set coherent experience direction and design end-to-end healthcare workflows for a leading healthcare provider.
Design the UI and experience layer for Sogeti’s own agentic AI enterprise solutions, translating agent capabilities into coherent workflows, interaction models, reusable interface patterns, and prototypes.
Designed governance-oriented workflows for model owners, role permissions, review states, and executive visibility; built hands-on Figma and code prototypes.
Partnered with product, engineering, AI, and leadership stakeholders to align user needs, technical feasibility, and experience priorities.
